Refund Policy Schedule

The school will refund tuition and fees according to the following policies: If a student withdraws or cancels the agreement within seven (7) days of signing, and prior to the beginning of classes, all monies will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days. After seven (7) days and prior to the beginning class, the application fee will be retained by school. If the School rejects an applicant for admission, all advance monies paid by the applicant will be refunded. Should the student’s enrollment be terminated or should the student withdraw for any reason after the student begins class, the following refund policy will apply for all programs of less than six weeks in duration

  • For a student completing up to and including 10% of the total clock hours, the school shall refund 90% of the total cost of the program
  • For a student withdrawing from or discontinuing the program within the first 25% of the program, the tuition charges refunded by the school shall be at least 55% of the total cost of the program
  • For a student withdrawing or discontinuing after 25% but within 50% of the program, the tuition charges refunded by the school shall be at least 30% of the total cost of the program
  • For a student withdrawing or discontinuing after 50% of the program, the student is entitled to no refund. In addition to the above, the school will retain the registration fee and will require students to retain all purchased books, equipment, supplies, and uniforms purchased from the school and issued to the student. All refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of the last date of the student’s recorded attendance.
